Founded by Shevon “Shevvy” Maxwell, MAC brings more than 22 years of military leadership, operations, program management, and leadership development experience to the work of developing stronger leaders, teams, and organizations.

MEET SHEVVY
Shevon “Shevvy” Maxwell is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, leadership development consultant, executive facilitator, and organizational performance advisor.
Over more than two decades, her experience has included leading teams, managing complex programs, developing systems, facilitating leadership development, and helping leaders strengthen their performance in demanding environments.
As a Certified Master Instructor and Academic Instructor through Air University, Shevvy brings more than 1,000 hours of instruction in leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational effectiveness, with experience training more than 1,200 senior leaders annually.
Today, she brings that experience to MAC Leadership Academy, working with leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership capability, communication, team alignment, accountability, and performance.
